1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

1.2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Customized or engraved jewellery

Products purchased during sale events or promotions

Gift cards or digital items
2. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
We do not offer cash or cheque refunds.
3. Order Cancellations
3.1. Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. To do so:

If eligible, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3.2. After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still initiate a return request as per the conditions mentioned in Section 1.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered:

Share clear photos of the product and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund after verification, depending on product availability.
